Calling all Warriors! Join us every Thursday night as we run as one in our all new Warrior Run Club!

We will meet Thursday night at 6:15pm outside of our studio. Running, Jogging or Walking together for about 2-4k!
We will journey back to the studio around 7:15, where you’ll be able to hop right into our Happy Hips and Hammys class at 7:30! Perfect combination of Sthira and Sukha

Standing Together to Honor Parkland

We invite you to roll out your mat and stand shoulder to shoulder with your community to create change. This will be a special 90 minute silent flow, hot sweaty fundraiser class with all proceeds going to Parkland Cares. This organization is dedicated to provided mental help services to the survivors of Parkland.

On February 14, 2018 our community was forever impacted by an act of senseless violence. While we celebrated a day dedicated to love our children were fighting for their lives. All of the red flowers, balloons, and hearts quickly became a reminder of the blood spilt that will never be truly removed from the halls of MSD. A little over a year later, the reporters are gone, but the issues survivors are facing are still a part of their daily lives.

Learn how to work smarter not harder, through awareness and activation of your deepest core muscles in all your daily movements. Your core is where all movements originate. A stronger core leads to more effective, healthy workouts; improved posture, and reduced low back pain. Lead by Anna Collins NASM Certified Personal Trainer; 300 HR Certified Yoga Teacher; certification in ProNatal Fitness.
